This four-week series is designed for anyone who has tried yoga—or has been curious about it—but wants more support in learning simple, effective stretching techniques. Drawing from yoga, Pilates, and physical therapy, this course focuses on movements that improve posture, reduce pain, increase strength, and support deep relaxation. Beginners and all levels are warmly welcome. Over the four weeks, we’ll explore: <ul><li>Good Posture</li><li class="ql-indent-1">Understanding alignment and how small adjustments can ease discomfort and improve daily movement.</li><li>Foundational Strength</li><li class="ql-indent-1">Learning the essential strength techniques that support the body safely and effectively.</li><li>Calming the Brain Through Balance</li><li class="ql-indent-1">Using balance practices to settle the nervous system and increase mental clarity.</li><li>Stretching That Changes Everything</li><li class="ql-indent-1">Discovering how targeted stretches can transform how you feel in your body.</li></ul> Everyone will leave with practical tools, fresh insights, and perhaps even a new sense of clarity. March Meditation Mondays - 4 Sessions

Learn practical mindfulness and meditation tools to bring more calm, clarity, and ease into everyday life. In this workshop, you will reflect on what you already do to unwind, explore simple practices to calm your nervous system, and discover new techniques that support better sleep, stress relief, and a more peaceful way of living.
